If you are a Musician or Singer who primarily performs as part of a band or ensemble, please fill out the Musician / Singer application and enter your band name under the Associated Acts field. Each individual member of your group must submit their own form.
This form is intended for Artists or Bands and their teams who are interested in aligning their brand with Music By Eras for expanded promotional and revenue opportunities. Clients may choose to feature your artist name alongside an ERAS production (e.g., Music By Eras Presents: The Heartland feat. Chris Stapleton), and an additional fee will be paid to you when this occurs.
For Artist Submissions: Select the instruments you perform on stage and use the Band section to provide your project’s information.
For Band Submissions: Fill out the Band section with group details. In addition, each individual member will need to complete the separate Musician / Singer submission.
If you perform under multiple artist or band names, each project must be submitted separately (e.g., Jack White, The White Stripes, and The Raconteurs). A unique email address is required for each entry.
